I also noticed some weight-training movements (without the weight), during these workouts. I had the most fun with phase two! You will want to stay with this one for as long as it takes to prepare you for what’s ahead.

· Mastery Flow – Phase 3 combines all that you’ve learned into a burning hot, yoga sequence. The Mastery Flow will fire up your metabolism and transform your body in ways you never imagined with yoga. The layout is slightly different from the previous videos. There’s more repetition of each pose to really encourage the desired muscle to fatigue. You’ll also be guided through a combination of upper & lower body compound movements.
